Beef: 500 gr, cleaned of film and cartilage.
Cut into 0.5cm thick long pieces.
Beef jerky marinade:
40gr apple cider vinegar
40gr soy sauce
40gr Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp freshly grated garlic
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
Put the meat in the marinade and let it marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Dehydrate in the oven for 4 - 5 hours, temperature 70C (I used the option with ventilation)
