TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1. ABOUT US

The online store **hesheandwhippet.com** (hereinafter – *Website*) is operated by the micro–enterprise **HeSheAndWhippet**, reg. no. 03088210604, legal address: Usmas iela 16, Riga, LV-1083 (hereinafter – *HeSheAndWhippet*).

 2. GENERAL AGREEMENT

2.1. These Terms & Conditions regulate the purchase procedure on the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of the Customer and HeSheAndWhippet.

2.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2.3. Any matters not covered in these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the EU Directive on Distance Contracts.

2.4. HeSheAndWhippet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Website. The amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

 3. CUSTOMER DATA & PRIVACY

3.1. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete data. HeSheAndWhippet shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

3.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the **Privacy Policy** and applicable legal acts, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3.3. Data is processed for the purposes of customer registration, order processing, payment and delivery services, and communication related to orders.

 4. ORDERS

4.1. To place an order, the Customer must follow the online shopping procedure provided on the Website.

4.2. An order becomes binding only after payment has been received by HeSheAndWhippet and a confirmation of payment has been sent to the Customer.

4.3. HeSheAndWhippet reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment if the product is unavailable, in case of technical errors, or in force majeure situations. In such cases, any received payment will be refunded in full.

 5. PRICES & PAYMENT

5.1. Product prices are indicated on the Website and are valid at the time the order is placed.

5.2. Prices may or may not include delivery costs, which are displayed separately before order confirmation.

5.3. Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal.

5.4. HeSheAndWhippet reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

 6. DISCOUNT COUPONS

6.1. Discount coupons are unique codes entitling the Customer to a discount on a purchase or delivery.

6.2. Coupons may be distributed via email, SMS, or social media.

6.3. Coupons have a validity period specified upon issuance.

6.4. Only one coupon may be used per order.

6.5. HeSheAndWhippet reserves the right to cancel discounts if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent use.

 7. DELIVERY

7.1. Products are prepared for dispatch within 2 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise specified.

7.2. Delivery time may vary between 1–35 business days depending on the delivery method and destination.

7.3. Responsibility for the shipment passes to the Customer once it has been handed over to the courier/postal service. Any risks of damage or loss after dispatch are borne by the Customer.

7.4. If the delivery fails due to the Customer’s fault (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected shipment), delivery costs will not be refunded. Reshipping will be carried out only after additional payment by the Customer.

 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

8.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, by sending a written notice to [email protected] .

8.2. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal notice.

8.3. Withdrawal rights apply only to goods that are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories/documents.

8.4. The Customer is responsible for all costs of returning goods.

8.5. Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method as in the original transaction.

8.6. HeSheAndWhippet reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has diminished due to the Customer’s actions.

8.7. Exceptions: food products, treats, hygiene products, and other non-returnable items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and will not be refunded.

9. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

9.1. HeSheAndWhippet’s liability is limited to direct losses not exceeding the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific order.

9.2. HeSheAndWhippet shall not be liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, business interruptions, or similar.

9.3. In case of damaged goods upon delivery, the Customer must notify HeSheAndWhippet immediately (no later than 48 hours after receipt).

10. COPYRIGHT

All content on the Website (logos, images, text, videos, layout, etc.) is the property of HeSheAndWhippet. Any reproduction or use without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.

11.2. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia under Latvian law.
